Integrated Communication:
A Short-Term Strategy for a Museum

For the Casa-Atelier Tullio Vitorino, a museum managed by the Câmara Municipal da Sertã, we created a short-term communication strategy to boost its public presence.

By combining media relations, social media, and print design, our project revitalized the museum’s visibility. This effort successfully engaged both national and local audiences and celebrated the artistic legacy of Tullio Vitorino.

Offline Marketing & Print Design

To inform the public and attract visitors, we created a series of posters, flyers, and outdoor mupis. These materials extended the campaign’s reach beyond digital platforms, ensuring a strong and recognizable presence at key points throughout the municipality.

Media Relations

Our work included writing press releases and coordinating with local and national media across newspapers, radio, and television. This ensured consistent coverage and strengthened the visibility of the Casa-Atelier within both the cultural and public spheres.

Social Media Management and Marketing

We crafted a digital content strategy for the Casa-Atelier Tullio Vitorino, managing its online presence on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Our approach combined our own photography with video clips from the Blaster Image Works agency, which we edited into reels. We also integrated copywriting and graphic design to create a coherent and engaging online presence that brought the institution closer to both local and national audiences.

Integrated Strategy Outcomes
This short-term communication plan proved essential in boosting the Casa-Atelier’s visibility. Our integrated strategy ensured a consistent and cohesive presence across all platforms, effectively bridging the gap between the museum’s rich history and a broader, more engaged audience.
